Service description
Fastik provides browser-based tools to save publicly available TikTok videos in common formats (such as MP4 and MP3) for personal use. Features may change as platforms and infrastructure evolve. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Eligibility and accounts
You do not need an account to use Fastik. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your country and with any rules that apply to the content you download.
Your responsibilities
- Only submit links to content you have the legal right to download and use.
- Respect creators’ rights, TikTok’s terms, music licenses, and applicable copyright law.
- Do not use Fastik to harass, infringe, launder malware, or redistribute others’ work as your own.
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape aggressively, bypass rate limits, or attempt to disrupt Fastik or upstream services.
- Do not attempt to fetch private, friends-only, paid, or deleted videos.
Intellectual property
Fastik’s branding, site design, and original text are owned by Fastik or its licensors. TikTok videos, sounds, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Downloading a file does not transfer ownership or grant you a commercial license.
Limitations of the service
- Private, restricted, geo-blocked, or deleted videos cannot be fetched.
- Download availability depends on third-party platforms and may change or fail without notice.
- HD options appear only when a genuinely higher-resolution stream is available.
- Fastik is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, or their subsidiaries.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastik disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that downloads will always succeed, that formats will always be available, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastik and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or any content you download.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, legal risk, or misuse. You may stop using Fastik at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions.
